- A car remains listed until it is sold or reserved; a listing does not guarantee availability.
- The monthly payment shown is an estimate; the bank sets the final offer based on its own assessment.
Requests and bookings
Sending a test-drive or booking request does not confirm it. A request becomes effective once the showroom confirms it on WhatsApp. A test drive requires a valid driving licence.
Rentals
The rental terms shown on each car page apply, including minimum age, refundable deposit, mileage allowance and late fees. The renter is responsible for traffic fines and charges during the rental period.
Valuations and trade-ins
Valuations sent via the website or WhatsApp are estimates; the final value is set after inspecting the car.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any damage resulting from relying on website information without confirming it with the showroom.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; updates take effect from the date they are published on this page.
