- Photos of your ID or passport and driving licence — and your flight ticket if you choose airport delivery — when you book a rental car.
- Details and photos of your current car when you request a trade-in valuation.
- Your conversations with us on WhatsApp.
- Basic technical data, such as device type and pages visited, to improve the website.
How we use it
We use your data to respond to your requests, confirm appointments and bookings, send the updates you asked for on WhatsApp, and comply with applicable UAE regulations. We do not sell your data or use it for any other purpose.
Automated WhatsApp assistant
We use an automated assistant to answer enquiries around the clock. Your messages may be processed by an AI service provider solely to draft replies. You can ask to speak to a member of our team at any time.
Private documents
Document photos are stored in a private, protected location, are only accessible to authorised staff, and are deleted automatically a set period after the rental ends.
Sharing
We only share your data with service providers we need to run the website — such as hosting, messaging and storage — or with authorities when legally required.
Retention
